i had a interview on tues did my walk thru the next day and was told the hiring process would take about a month because i had to take a drug test, a tb test and get finger printed. i called a week later to let them know i was still interested and the lady said thanks for calling and someone will be calling me next week so i waited 3 weeks and after a month and a week had went by i called and left the lady a message and she never called me back.

It was a lot of waiting due to meeting many people in HR, but it is an overall sign that you will get a job offer. If offered, there is a drug test on site.
