Must come in on Thursdays only.Group interview with me and one other person. Interviewed with supervisor and a caregiver that already working there. Waiting long in lobby then we go up to an open area and they ask some questions.

It was a lot of waiting due to meeting many people in HR, but it is an overall sign that you will get a job offer. If offered, there is a drug test on site.

Average regular interview . Asked a lot of clinical questions and also personal questions as well. They were very interested in the relationships with the residents Overall was a great experience

The interview process was through and to the point. Interviewer took time to ask about myself, explained what the company is looking for , explained the duties that would be expected for the position and other general information was provided.
