Interview
The interview took about 30 minutes and was pretty basic. The interviewer was nice. I spoke with the activities assistant first, then spoke with the executive director. I did most of the talking and answered basic questions about my experience and reasons for wanting to work at Sunrise.

2 rounds of interviews, one with the activities coordinator another with the executive director. The first one was on the phone, the second was an in person interview. Process took about 2 months but after that they just throw you into the job.
Comprehensive and thorough! Interview process was very well thought out and respectful for the potential employee. Interview consisted of a direct supervisor for the position as well as other department heads as well as human resources.

There was a group interview with people who had applied to different roles and a group of current managers (from different departments) and then we were individually called back to discuss how the company would proceed. I was met with a discussion on availability and pay.

There actually weren't that many difficult or unexpected questions asked in the interview. Questions ranged from why should we hire you to what would you do types of questions.
