I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sunglass Hut (Evansville, IN) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview was conducted in an informal setting, at the mall where the shop was located. The manager who interviewed me was very friendly, which helped me to feel comfortable and relaxed. He asked a few questions about my previous work experience and expectations from the job. I, in return, asked questions about the work environment and sales goals. The questions were more or less straightforward, which was nice.
