It was an easy process. The manager who took the interview was very friendly and the intervitself was somewhat informal. Most of the questions were related to the retail industry and customers service.

Very straightforward, typical questions asked at interviews. I did have to attempt to sell a sunglasses holder that looked like a nose. I had to explain why this would be a useful item to buy and explain how this item would prolong the life of my glasses.

Sales very similar each day gets repetitive of Doing inventory and same things over and over, customers sometimes are simply window shopping yet you still get pressured to sell. Also you have to be competing all the time against your coworkers
