I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SullivanCotter (Parsippany, NJ) in Aug 2018
Interview
I got an email from the HR department a few days after I applied. I was originally asked to complete a few personality exams and an excel test online prior to the first interview. The excel test was one of the easier ones that I have encountered during my job search and was completed in about ten minutes. The first interview was a phone interview with the head of HR, who was very nice and asked basic questions about my resume'. After that, I was asked to have another phone interview with one of the principal consultants, who was very sweet and fun to speak with. I received an email almost immediately following that interview inviting me to visit the office where I did three rounds of interviews over the span of about four hours. I received a quick call from HR about three days later with a verbal offer of employment.

Question 1
If you were to create a startup company, what traits would you look for in the people you hire?
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at SullivanCotter
Interview
Received an email to interview 6 months AFTER I applied for the position. The recruiter did not confirm or follow up when I gave my availability. I was also asked to complete 3 assessments. Seems very disorganized, maybe I’ll hear back in another 6 months.
Slow and tedious. Job description had no relevance to role as explained by interviewers.
Took a long time between interviews on next steps. When assessments were asked for they didn’t seem to reflect the job content either.
Very lengthy. It took months. I interviewed at least four times with at least 10 people. Some in person and some remote interviews. I was finally offered the job when I informed them that I had another offer.
