Filled out an application and then met on zoom for interview. Person interviewing me was responsive to my answers and felt like an organic conversation that was covering what needed to be covered. After 1 interview I received a decision with an offer letter the following day. Process was quick.

Why do you want to work at Success Academy, and what makes you a good fit for our mission?
There were 2 rounds of Zoom interviews in the late 2010s. Questions were basic -- the why and purpose. They seem to value adherence to their teaching philosophy. Phone follow-up was standard afterwards.
Odd. Weird. Wanted to know what kind of books I read because of that weird elite system they had in school and all the yadda yadda we're better than other schools, and having a big weird against DOE thing isn't helping either. Oh, they hire on a whim btw, so you'd definitely get an easy job offer.
