Interview
The interview process took about 20 minutes and the first time was held over zone. During that meeting you were asked normal interview questions and things about your background to ensure that you are well rounded individual after that you have two video responses and two responses that take about 20 minutes as well.
Online interview, was presented a question, had a few moments to come up with my answer to camera as it was recorded. I bombed this portion but still moved on. then had an interview with a recruiter, then another with the principal of the school I would be at

It was a horrible interview. They asked about how my parents disciplined me as a child and focussed on how comfortable I am with disciplining and punishing kids. It was really just an uncomfortable experience and I did not get a good vibe or positive insight into the organization.

Very lengthy group interview. Prepare to be there for 6 hours or more. The first set of interviews is in a group. Once they are interested in you, you will select a location they will send you to that specific location for an interview to meet the principal and staff.
