A recruiter contacted me and we had a very normal conversation. It was not high stress or complicated. She asked me questions about what I currently do and my teaching methods. From there, I was invited to NY and taught a mini lesson (20 minutes) in front of a class of 30 and administrators. The scholars were so well behaved and so smart. From there, I went and interviewed with a handful of administrators and recruiters. Someone typed the whole time I spoke -- very similar to TFA. The interview also flowed like a conversation, which I appreciated.
