Interview
Received an email asking to take part in a group interview at their headquarters. The group interview had about 20 people but we were split into groups of 4 or 5. The interview process involved rotating to four different rooms where we would meet staff and do a round of questions. One room we did a teach back activity where they would give you feedback and ask you to try again. Overall the interview questions were basic "give a scenario when..." , so be ready to think quick and have examples from past experiences to use. After the interview, they said they will get back to us by the end of the week, but I got a call the following day.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

There asked hypothetical questions on teaching methodologies
It was a series of two interviews. One was a group interviews while one was a one on one interview as well as a video that one had to record to answer additional questions
Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
