I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Stryker
Interview
I was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity and straightforwardness of the interview process for the position I applied for. Contrary to my expectations, the company did not conduct any technical interviews, which I found quite unexpected given the nature of the job. Usually, for roles in this field, there's a rigorous assessment of technical skills and knowledge, but in this case, the focus was more on understanding my experience, soft skills, and fit within the company culture. This approach made the entire experience much less stressful and more enjoyable than I had anticipated. It was a refreshing change from the typical, often daunting technical evaluations that are common in the industry.
