Interview
Felt like a scam. Started first interview they said it was the second. Looks like many people on Reddit have also complained about Strike JAX pretending they are a top company in the State, U.S etc. They said there would be a third interview and right after the call I got a pdf saying “offer letter”. Only one communication was ever made and it was started via text.

Interview
TL:DR: MLM
I came to the Zoom room to find that this was a group interview, a bit unexpected but I didn't think much of it at the beginning. The interviewer talked a little about the company and then went on to ask everybody in the group about them and their experience. All of this took maybe 10 minutes. Then the interviewer proceeded to tell us about the "role", which sounded like an MLM and nothing like the job I applied for. After maybe 5 more minutes, we were told to come back tomorrow at the same time for training. The interviewer ignored my requests for a detailed job description of what it is that we were interviewing for, so I skipped the 2nd interview.

Interview
So this one was bizarre… Unbeknownst to me, the initial interview was a group interview- as in, a group of candidates with one recruiter. Total waste of time, asked one question which, is no way to discern candidates. The interviewer said they had fifty other ten minute interviews of pairs. Any manager half worth their salt will pare down candidates based on resumes to ease the burden of their team. Then I got a royal three emails telling me I missed my interview because they couldn't adapt e-mail settings to one candidate. Major quantity over quality attitude.
Be warned that they also have glaring typos on their measly website, which, as a marketing firm, is beyond embarrassing. There are better firms in Jacksonville.
