The entire process lasted 2-3 weeks. I was contacted by HR for a phone call before being a video call with their CSO and CTO (I think they've changed their roles now, so they're CPO and CIO based on the website), stuffed in some tiny room with another random data science employee working right next to them on his laptop partially in view. Very basic questions, felt like they just wanted to know if you knew the latest hot ML Python package to sell that to a client or for "oohs and aahs" without much understanding of a scenario where it'd be useful to any client or real-life problem. The interviewers didn't really seem like they knew much except at a high level, I was expecting an actual data scientist to interview me. Then after a couple of weeks of being ghosted, contacted the HR and found I was rejected.
