I interviewed or a position which will mainly handle .Net and VB development.
The interview consists in .Net paradigms and design pattern questions, architectural models and implementation, former work challenges and personal portfolio projects.
The interviewer was the lead managing the team, who was super friendly and with a positive attitude.

Describe the architecture of one of the projects I was involved in.
The interview process was conducted very well. It was accurate, transparent, and informative. The questions regarding my profile were professional and appropriate to the job description. All those who interviewed me, from both the clients and the employer, were very respectful and helpful.
It was a long process with multiple interviews phases: initial HR interview with overall presentation about the firm , technical interview, client interview and the offer. All interviews were online, feedback received after each phase
