Interview
I met with the HR Manager at the Boston office. The interview was mostly describing my experience and the position they were trying to fill. I also met with two Associates who explained to me the responsibilities attached to the different positions within the company and the career steps.
The entire process took nearly 2 hours and was pleasant.
Easy. Overview of job. Ran through CV. Quick turnaround time on offer. People were nice and upfront about the nature of the job. No sweat. It's a qualitative job so if math ain't your thing, no prob brah

Interview
Interview process was pretty easy. I was referred to the job, talked with the HR person once and a manager and was brought on for an initial contract. Whether you get called back for subsequent contracts depends on whether they like you and how you perform.
