I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Statusphere in Jul 2023
Interview
Intro/screener with the team or HR, then two technical interviews. Neither were like HackerRank type stuff, just real JS problems and system design. The process was quick and professional. I would highly recommend more companies take this approach.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Statusphere (Shanhuzhuang) in Mar 2022

I was interviewed for an internship role with the hiring manager and recruiter. Everything went smoothly. Conversations were pleasant and they even threw some fun questions at the end about my favorite TikTok and Instagram account. One hour after the interview, I see a LinkedIn post where someone else posted about accepting an offer for the exact same position I interviewed for at Statusphere. I was happy for the other individual, but was questioning if a decision had been made prior to my interview. If this was the case, I would've rather they just cancel my interview rather than ask me questions regarding a position that had already been filled.
