I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at State Farm (Burleson, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
I had a phone interview. The interviewer was very basic and bland. No personality whatsoever. She missed our first meeting time and called me 3 hours late. I felt that it was very unprofessional. I have interviewed hundreds of potential employees and I could tell that she was really struggling with interviewing me. I have a feeling that she was intimidated by my work experience.

Question 1
Interview questions were basic and scripted. This person did not have much experience interviewing.
The interview was a Zoom meeting with other applicants in the meeting. It was extremely stressful the interview left me feeling overwhelmed. It was the first interview I have participated in that was more a talent search than going off of experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at State Farm (Louisville, KY) in May 2022
Interview
The interview was very personal and relaxed. The owner of this agency was very flexible, understanding, and kind. Definitely made me feel comfortable when sharing about myself and my experience.

Question 1
What is one thing that you are looking for in a job?
The interview process is different for every agent. Some agent's want you to meet with their stuff and others just want you to meet with them. Fairly straightforward process with a focus on how you plan to produce.
