Video interview - will be reviewed by hiring manager. Focus is on negotiation and stress.
Phone Call - with job offer after 30 minute conversation going over the job listing.

This was a zoom interview, several questions were asked regarding background and why there was interest in their company. The interviewer was very good and was able to answer all questions that I had in return.
