Long process, cattle call but well organized. Interview was easy. Testing done immediately following via email link. They hired in waves, so the process was long and drawn out, but an offer came after several months.

Straightforward. Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.

Simple questions. State Farm uses the star method. Interview was through a video which took off a lot of pressure and nerves. You’re able to re record questions only 2 times.
