I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm in Oct 2015
Interview
I was contacted after speaking with recruiters at a college career fair. I was offered the first interview, which was with three representatives. They each went through asking different questions. Lasted about 45 minutes. I was contacted about a second interview. The second interview was about a week and a half after the first. Both interviews asked basically the same questions. Basic situational questions in the interview. They're really interested in personal experiences. The second interview was a little more technical oriented, but they were very quick to explain that lack of technical knowledge doesn't matter much. A job was offered a few days after the second interview. Offer was good, but ended up declining because of a little bit better offer elsewhere. Very great overall vibe throughout the entire interviewing process though.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to coordinate across multiple areas to achieve an outcome.
HireVue video interview
Interview had around 5-6 general HR questions.
You will get practice time for each question. Once practice time is up, HireVue starts recording. It seemed fairly easy at beginning. I would prefer in person interview than this type of interview.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
What do you consider your greatest strengths and weakness
Tell me a situation where you had conflict with your team member. And how did you resolve the issue
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2024
Interview
It was a three step process. I had to do an online interview via hirevue where you get random questions and have 2 minutes to answer. If you pass that round, you talk to the recruiter and they tell you next steps and the benefits package. For the real interview, i spoke with 3 hiring managers and it took after an hour.
