I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at State Farm in Aug 2023
Interview
Interviewer was kind but they were actually looking for something more sales related even though they originally said they were looking for CSR. Lots of in-depth questioning so be prepared.

How did you work with your collaborators/supervisor?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at State Farm (Las Vegas, NV) in Nov 2025
Interview
I applied online, I was given instructions to upload a self-recorded video answering their questions. I went back and forth with them about sending the file. A few days later I texted them for an update, they responded by sending an email with a link to a licensing training with a discounted fee. The job post ended up being a sales pitch for the training, not an actual job, why ask applicants to self-record an interview making us believe there is a job behind it, just say we're selling an online training. There is no job.

Question 1
Questions are irrelevant, there was job. They are selling online training.
