I had to tak some aptitude tests, pass the tests, do a phone interview and was then awarded the job. it was overall a very quick and professional process. they basically look for if you can be successful in the position you are applying for and if you seem like a nice person. if you meet those qualifications you have a very high chance of being hired

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
