Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe several situations. Discuss the resume. Meet different managers
Virtual interview questions from a video. No humans involved. If selected, a human recruiter will call you. I was called within 2 weeks and the person who called was not the person I was told would call, and was half-an-hour early for the call. Then 2 weeks for a background check. Then an offer for a position starting about 6 weeks out.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2023
Interview
Had a 3 panel interview on camera. Standard interview questions. Everyone was quite nice. Mostly just questions about experience and working style. It was nice and casual. Only thing I wish is that they would've given me a better timeline as I had already gotten and offer but the time they reached out again.
