Applied for the position on November 15,2013 and got a response from State Farm to take the test the same day. Did not get an email back from State Farm until February 6, 2014 to interview for the position. Did a phone interview the next day and received an offer for the job the same day.

The questions that were asked during the interview were:
Tell me a time when you had to work with a difficult coworker who was unwilling to pull his weight.
Tell me a time you had to work with a difficult customer.
Pretty straight forward hiring process. Its a great experience. Made me re learn skills and learn a few along the way. Its a rewarding HireVue interview experience. Not too many in between person to dealt with. HR is impressive and communicative with you. They really care

Interview
Completed video interview and about a month later had a phone call and discuss background, job expectations and asked generic questions such as "can you work in a quiet area". Once done sent a rejection email about 5 mins later. Not sure what they was looking for.
Online assessment and video interview-not hard, but can be intimidating if you don’t have a lot of experience with technology. Pretty straightforward though and easy to get through. They keep you informed throughout the process
