I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at State Farm (Dunwoody, GA) in Feb 2013
Interview
I applied online, 1 week later received an email to take a personality test and a data entry/typing test, and 1 month later was called for a phone interview. There were no trick questions just the normal questions like "Tell me about yourself", "How have you handled a difficult customer", "Name a time where you have had to multitask and the outcome", "How would you deal with a peer who is not pulling their weight". My interviewer was very nice and made me feel really comfortable and at the end of the interview I was offered the position contingent on passing a background and drug test.
