A joke! Unprofessional, attorneys out in the lobby cursing and making fun of their own clients. You are nothing but the token interview guy or gal if you come from the outside. All the interviews are padded so they can say they interviewed an outside candidate. I have interviewed with them twice now and I realized that this place is a waste of time. I have a Masters and banged both interviews out of the park. I asked for feedback on the interview, they said they could not find anything to improve upon. The first recruiter told me that all 10 jobs went to internal candidates. Do not interview with these guys if you are an outsider, you are wasting your time.

The process was quick and they were very responsive the entire time. Even providing feedback when I was not offered the position explaining things to work on before trying again.
