Question 1
Most difficult questions asked involved experience with structural equation modeling, software and syntax. Very few behavioral questions.

It was a two round process with one specific to the MCU interview. This second interview focused on your writing skills and being able to write in a business technical writing format, which is very straight forward.

Was encouraged to apply online through college career fair. Received email and phone call to set up an interview with them about two weeks later. Heard back about a month after initial interview. A lot of straightforward workplace behavioral problems that HR departments typically ask during interviews. Take it easy and you'll be fine.
