They briefly ask you to describe your work history. Go over position details. Then ask situational based questions fir you to answer in STAR method form. You may have to do a mock interview following the situational questions.

Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. First I did a one way video interview that focused mainly on STAR formatted behavioral questions you get two tries to record. Then an additional recruiter interview that asked a couple more STAR questions and went over the job description. Received offer during video interview.

Straightforward. Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.

Simple questions. State Farm uses the star method. Interview was through a video which took off a lot of pressure and nerves. You’re able to re record questions only 2 times.
