The interview process is very partial, the business head would pretend to know and have expertise to take your interview. But trust me, he doesn't have qualifications or experience to take even a fresher's interview. He will ask you personal questions such as do you have a boyfriend or the friend who referred you here, is she or he trying to become your boyfriend or girlfriend. He'll ask you to show your social media timeline. He'll hire you based on how you answer these questions and not based on your knowledge or talent. All people here(the management) talk vulgar and abusive once you join.
