Operational Duties,daily and weekly. Hired and trained all employees . Invoice management weekly. Building a schedule weekly. Building retail setups each week to align with master. Weekly fill in scheduling to align call outs.
Interviewed by the store manager and regional managers, mostly situational questions, about 30 minutes total talk and at the end asked you your availability to work, and if you have any questions for them.

Interview
It was an easy interview to do. A lot of customer service facing questions. For the amount of time on your feet and dealing with high volume, I was not impressed with how much they offer for pay.
