I worked at Starbucks part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Friendly Customers,
    Mostly fun staff,
The work was overall quite enjoyable

    Cons

    Management,
    No supplies,
Upper management upset because of current management and it caused a domino effect

    Advice to Management

Need to hire someone more on top of things. We were constantly out of supplies because the manager didn't order them. That lead to a bunch of unhappy customers and employees

I have been working at Starbucks full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you work hard are flexible and reliable you can get promoted to higher roles.

    Cons

Depending on your store it can be too demanding and as the salaries aren't much above minimum even supervisors get paid quite low, in change of a lot of tasks to be done, standards to meet, not always well trained staff due to the high turnover level in this field at this payrate and in a very fast pace environment it can feel like you are extremely underpayed for such stress, aside that if you're mature and hard worker enough you might enjoy and stay for a good while.

    Advice to Management

Not up me I'm not a business man, although training should be taken much more seriously, amand well rewarded people also usually work harder and are more likely to stay and be reliable and willing to help.
