Nothing to do with coffee, easy brezzy. I thought i was going to be asked more about my experience, but it has nothing to do having experience. Just have to make sure your good with dealing with a fast pace environment.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum

it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
