Easy and basic customer service questions. Store manager sat me down and it was a pretty easy process if you're experienced in management positions. You tend to get hired if you show that you like people.
applied and interviewed with a manager. nothing fancy. nice if you have customer service experiences and latte art. it was not difficult and he was very friendly. too bad i declined
A variety of asks; mostly scenarios and conflict resolution. If you have previous in management at previous jobs you'll be fine! They want quite a few examples of responses to stress.

Asked about passions, hobbies and why you want to work there as well as previous experience. Not difficultly and was laid back. Not much preparation needed. Be prepared to talk about hobbies and what beverages and food items you enjoy.
