The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Starbucks in Aug 2009
Interview
It was a nice interview that was friendly and warm. Over the coarse of about 2 weeks we talked on and off about positions within the company. They even talked to me about a shift management position. The only thing that didn't work out is a work requirement to be available on Sundays. I could not do it because of prior commitments.

Question 1
What experience do you have that could be brought into the position we are looking for here?
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

Question 1
What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
