They had me interview with a regional manager first, asking me general questions about my experience and interest in the company. Then once they offered me a job, I interviewed with the manager of the store that I expected to work for.

Do you have any experience with food service? How would you handle a conversation with a difficult customer?
The interview was not too bad, I had to wait a bit before getting called for my interview due to some mishaps on their end but that was really the only thing that was negative. It was fine. They called back pretty quickly
Easy to get through. Just be yourself and talk about what you love about coffee. Don’t over think it and you’ll be fine. Make sure to research the company before you go to the interview

Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.
