Quick interview - focuses on customer service and your barista skills! 1-1 conversation with hiring manager. Took about 30 minutes to discuss relevant skills and previous experience. Also spoke about my knowledge of starbucks values

I applied for the Starbucks in Brentwood Chaguanas. It wasn't difficult, and was a very thorough interview , the interviewer was also very nice and the process took about half an hour maximum

If I would be able to work full time as the part time spots were taken up
The intereview was quite average. The interviewer were friendly, and they asked some standard questions about my background and my potential contribution to the role. Furthermore, they asked about my soft skills, character, how I react in stressful conditions etc.
