The interview process has changed since I got hired. Potential partners are now require to have an interview first with the store manager, then again with the district manager. They're trying to hire people that want to work closer to 20+ hours rather than 12 or less.

Question 1
"Are you more inclined to clean up the work space during the lull period or are you one to fraternize with the customers?"
It was short and to the point. They asked my availability and past experience working in the food industry. Since I didn’t have any, I felt it was going to prevent me from getting the job.
Usual standard process of interviewing, we went over my experience and knowledge of working as barista in coffee shops and restaurants in my previous jobs. Highly recommend as a great place to work at !!

Easy to get through. Just be yourself and talk about what you love about coffee. Don’t over think it and you’ll be fine. Make sure to research the company before you go to the interview
