I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stanley Black & Decker in Mar 2015
Interview
15 days for the phone interview. Another 10 days for second interview.
First interview was straight forward. Simply told me about the hourly wages and their location and asked me if I was interested. Then arranged a second interview for me.
Second interview was by supply chain manager. He introduced a lot about the company and the jobs an intern would take. Then he began by asking me to introduce myself. Questions would be asked based on your statement
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stanley Black & Decker (Silver Spring, MD) in Oct 2022
Interview
First have a information call than a second round interview. The information call is pretty straight forward and you answer a few questions about yourself. The people are nice and very easy to talk to.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Stanley Black & Decker (Alamosa, CO) in May 2021
Interview
Initial interview went well. Supposedly, the role was “new” but that is another way for companies to come back to you and tell you the job was cancelled. AKA- Ghosting. This is a bad company with a lack of ethics if that is there hiring practices.

Very generic and typical HR questions, nothing challenging.

Interview
Overall fairly easy, basic behavioural such as tell me about a time style questions. I suggest you have team and leadership based examples at the ready. Brush up a little about the values of the company as well
