TLDR;
I applied for SD2, got hired as SD3
Pros,
- the process is well defined, after the initial screening with HR, i received an email with the doc with the complete process,
- Verbal questions were real work experience, the interviewer explained the questions are same for all the engineers and are only judged on the way its answered
- Whiteboarding questions were really challenging, again no DS/Algo , real work problem itslef
- there is no take home assignment, there is a 2 hr live code intervew (could not complete, still proceeded)
- last 2 rounds are Behavioral rounds,
cons,
- Process take some time, things don't happen sequence, But they are flexible with my timings as well
