I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Sprout Social (Chicago, IL) in May 2019
Interview
My first day will be on 6/24/2019, but I have to say that the entire hiring process that's put in place by Sprout has been superb. I have never gotten as much clarity and transparency in the hiring journey ever. First, the process took roughly 4-5 weeks. Every single interview I went on was punctual and each interviewer made me feel comfortable, never rushed me, and gave me undivided attention. They even asked for feedback, which was wonderful. For instance, I was asked what I would do differently, what I think of the process, etc. My recruiter was extremely helpful too. He gave me constructive feedback, both positive and negative, which is rare these days. I even received an email from someone other than my recruiter/coordinator welcoming me to the team. I haven't even started yet, but I can say that there's a reason why Sprout is so highly rated. I'll updated my feedback in the coming months, but thus far, this company is definitely "blue-chip" caliber.

Question 1
Explain how you’d manage a large book of business.
My first screening interview was with a lively, engaged recruiter who asked great questions and made me feel exceptionally welcome and excited about the opportunity. Unfortunately my second interview with the hiring manager was extremely impersonal, to the point where I questioned if the hiring manager on screen was actually AI. They did not take any time to get to know me, read questions off to me rapid-fire like they were being launched from a cannon, and did not ask any follow-up questions nor engage in any conversation. Obviously, I was not selected to move forward nor would I have enjoyed working in such an environment. Please have some humanity in the workforce!

Process took about 3 rounds plus a take home assignment. I applied online and then spoke with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, take home assignment, and then ended with a presentation style panel interview. Total time took almost a month.
