I was contacted via recruiter. First interview was in person at Spot HQ with CFO/COO. Nice guy, standard interview. Went through my background with him and asked questions. One of the owners (who I recognized from the promo video) stopped by while I was waiting for the interview and introduced himself, asking if there was anything I needed, which I was impressed by. At the end of the day, I did a lot of research and observation on the company, and Spot was not the right culture fit for me. I withdrew myself from consideration shortly after the interview, but I wish them the best.
