Spiros Consulting interview questions

Ghosted after two rounds of interviews, 24 hour research test, and a reference check and follow-up. I can understand (but still disagree with) not sending a rejection email after a screener call, but I would think the least a company could do after 3 rounds of a recruiting process is send a rejection email.

Applied through a university. There was a very brief research and writing assessment followed by a phone interview, which led to an offer. The process took a few weeks in its entirety.
