Great conversation with recruiter about position. Qualifications were a strong match. Asked to complete a "brain Age" type test as well as a personality test....I guess I didn't pass despite 15+ years of experience....haven't heard back.

Asked if I would be willing to submit to a personality profile test. I found that odd that it would be a requirement for a professional non-customer facing position.
