I apply via Jobsdb and then got the invitation test from HR. The first step is online test about your personality which done online and then basic info about past work and experience. If you selected you will be given a study case about a certain topic which must be submitted for the next 2 or 3 days. After I submitted the study case I got invited to present my study case in front of the user, HR, and other member and in the end there will be question about my study case and justification for the data I presented. If you succeded the HR will email you (around a week after the presentation)
