I reached round two of their 4-stage interview process. The recruiter and interviewer promised to notify candidates of their interview outcome within 24-48 hours. However, it has been a month, and despite my follow-up emails, I have not been informed of the outcome of my second (culture fit) interview.
Ignoring applicants who have invested time preparing for interviews is unacceptable and also brings into question whether the role they applied for really existed or not. As a consulting firm, many of the candidates you ghost today could become valuable leads tomorrow. You must do better.
