I saw someone say the same exact thing that Iâm going to say, but basically same thing. Applied for the SDR position, went deep into the last round interview. Had a great presentation built a great relationship and then just rejected me with no feedback. something is a little off, theyâre trying to sell the company a little too hard from what Iâm seeing. Maybe they went way over budget and had to take steps back? who knows. definitely unorganized, even the recruiter seemed like she didnât know what was going on as well as the last couple of interviews. Originally we were supposed to present the assignment but ended up kind of barely talking about the assignment in the last interview.. I honestly donât think he knew what the heck was going on.
