Had a zoom call chat, which I thought went quite well. I was told I'd get a reply if I made it to the next step of the interview process the next day, as they want to hire someone quickly. After two days of waiting I sent a polite email asking if there was a delay, or if I somehow missed their email and I got completely ghosted. No replay at all.
