I talked to the assistant manager who seemed desperate for employees. He lamented that they simply couldn't find people willing to apply there who could pass a urine drug test and a background check. I assured him I could pass a drug test and had no issues with a background check, so they excitedly hired me on the spot and gave me the paper work for a drug test and a 24 hour window to complete it.
