The whole interview process was very good, all of the staff I met in Source are friendly and nice. The people who interviewed me introduced about this company to me and took me look around the company. In my opinion, Source has large zone to improve in the future and work environment is very nice.

Interview
The process was not short, and managers here are very nice. He showed me around in the company and told me how the system works, what kind of help they were in need. I got the offer afterwards and have my first work experience in US for nearly one year. It was such a pleasure to work there! I really appreciate the opportunity.
