I received phone call, and interviewed the same day.
Interviewed with the general manager for about 15 minutes
Mostly brief conversations about my experiences & capabilities
Have to attend a second interview with the district manager

Question 1
How many years of management experience do I have?
It was a calm interview. It was an open interview on the patio where everyone can listen and see. They asked the typical questions such as availability and if you’ve worked in a fast pace environment.

Interview
A 35 minute phone call with the talent recruiter then a panel interview with members of corporate. The second interview was at a local location since sonic only has outside seating. I got an offer the next day.
